Good morning, afternoon, and/or evening Sol Warrior!! Happy Monday!! How was your weekend?!
Today's topic is about "Dealing with Anxiety". With everything going on in the last week everything seems a little funky. From people not being able to work to schools closing to having no food to eat, etc. So I want you all to take a breather and understand that with due time everything shall pass and life will go back to normal.

The 5 Senses.
What do you feel?
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do taste?
What do you smell?
Counting backwards from 100
100..99..98..97..96..95..94...
Taking a deep breath and holding it for 3 seconds
Self Affirmations.
I am NOT my anxiety
I will overcome this
I am loved
I am beautful
I am who I am destined to be.
